Staunton Harold Sailing Club’s SUP Stand Up paddle board members can now enjoy members only fitness paddle sessions. The first started today 20th May.
Members only SUP Saturday
2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. SUP fit. A fitness paddle designed to allow paddlers to use SUP to improve fitness. Non-competitive and flexible this will allow paddlers to go at their own pace.
2:30 p.m. – on the water session closes. Social/ leisure paddle and chat.

Learn to SUP at Staunton Harold Sailing Club
Sunday 28th May – 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Parent and child SUP intro. The course is ideal for anyone who has done the intro or beginner course, or is self-taught and looking for formal coaching.
Sunday 4th June – All day. Beginners course. This is a comprehensive beginner course designed for participants to get the best start in SUP.
