Members only Saturday SUP fitness and leisure paddle

Staunton Harold Sailing Club’s SUP Stand Up paddle board members can now enjoy members only fitness paddle sessions. The first started today 20th May.

Members only SUP Saturday

SUP course June 20212:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.  SUP fit. A fitness paddle designed to allow paddlers to use SUP to improve fitness. Non-competitive and flexible this will allow paddlers to go at their own pace.

2:30 p.m. – on the water session closes. Social/ leisure paddle and chat.

Learn to SUP at Staunton Harold Sailing Club

Sunday 28th May – 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Parent and child SUP intro. The course is ideal for anyone who has done the intro or beginner course, or is self-taught and looking for formal coaching.

Sunday 4th June – All day. Beginners course. This is a comprehensive beginner course designed for participants to get the best start in SUP.
