Congratulations to Staunton sailors in Merlin Rocket Champs
Well done to Staunton’s Pete Gray and Rachael Rhodes, sailing in last week’s Aspire Merlin Rocket National Championships (19th-24th August). Pete Gray crewing for Paul Gorringe to finish 12th overall and Rachael Rhodes crewing for David Wade finishing 19th overall.
A truly epic week was enjoyed by one and all. Lyme Regis delivered a fantastic week of superb racing conditions. The last day was no exception with clear blue skies and a F4-6 Westerly with great waves and screaming toenail reaches.
