AGM - 2024

Informal Discussion - 24th Nov at 3:30 p.m

We're inviting our members to the Clubhouse after the racing (around 3:30pm) for an informal discussion.  This is an opportunity for members to raise any questions or suggestions for the Committee.  It is a very useful source of ideas for the development of the Club and we greatly value feedback from our members.  The Committee will also provide an update on the strategy work we have carried out this year.

Formal AGM - 25th Nov at 7:00 p.m.

Our formal AGM will be held over zoom, please check your emails/ members only FB page/ WhatsApp groups for the link. We've made all the supporting documents for this meeting available in the members section of the website, simply log in to 'my portal' to read through these in advance of the meeting.
