Miracle Open At Staunton Harold Sailing Club - 2nd. 3rd May - Race Report
The first May Bank Holiday saw the Miracle Fleet return to Staunton Harold for the second event of the year. The six visitors from around the country joined the one home boat for the first two races being sailed back to back in very light and shifty and sometimes non-existent winds. Staunton Harold Open Regatta 2nd/ 3rd May and Miracle Open Weekend!
What a fabulous weekend and a huge thank you to everyone who joined us! Regatta Saturday Sailors were welcomed by very light winds and beautiful sunshine. Shifty changing winds led to challenging conditions for the sprint races. The target of 5 races was met and Lara led the field sailing her Byte 2 with Mick Papp 2nd and Andy and Lesley 3rd.
