50th Anniversary Junior Festival of Sailing - 5th July

Calling all of our junior (under18) sailors and their parents.

This Saturday 5th July is our Annual Junior Festival of Sailing (and part of our 50th Anniversary Celebrations). This is an event for all of our junior sailors and their families to take part in. Less experienced sailors will be paired up with a more experienced partner or can sail with a parent if they prefer.

You can use your own boat or borrow a club one if you need to. There are no hire charges for this event.

Various races will be run, Le Mans start and finish race, sail, pump, paddle, Quidditch, relay race and a treasure hunt. The programme is subject to change depending on the wind but the aim is to have you all out on the water for at least an hour.

Please be rigged and changed for a 10:30 a.m. briefing. Becky will need to know who is coming so she can organise pairings and match sailors with boats to rig on arrival m(from about 9:30am).

Finally juniors parents who have not completed the yet, please can you do so before 5th July. This is essential to plan activities appropriately and to keep your children safe. Please click for the  link to the form below:
