Fourth place for Stauntons Pete Grat at Streaker National Champs

Staunton sailor just pipped to the podium on the final day of the Noble Marine Streaker Dinghy Class National Championship at Sunderland Yacht Club

Day 2 of the Streaker National Champs and Staunton sailor Peter Gray was top of the leaderboard by just one point with Ian Jones (Dovestone SC) one point behind, Phil Priestley (Yorkshire Dales SC) in third and Martin Penty fourth.

The final day saw a complete switch with:-

1st - Martin Plenty catapulting himself into the lead with a 3,4.1 

2nd - Steve Blackburn leapfrogging into 2nd with 2, 2nds and a 7th

3rd - Ian Jones slipping into third
and Pete just off the podium and into fourth.
Still a great sail in an incredibly competitive fleet of over 40 boats all determined to make it to the top of the leaderboard.
